Returns

All shipments are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. If you receive a product that requires a return, please notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns
You may return your product within 7 days of delivery if:

•Wrong product was delivered
•Product is damaged, leaking, tampered, or broken
•Product is past its expiration date
•Incomplete order or missing products


Unacceptable Reasons for Returns

•Opened, used, or altered products (unless defective)
•Original packaging (cartons, labels, seals) is missing
•Return or replacement request raised after 7 days of delivery
•Damaged or missing product reported after 7 days of delivery
•Product returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects
•Flavor preference, taste differences, or brand comparisons


Return Process

•Include clear images as proof of damage, defect, or incorrect product
•Our team will investigate and review the request
•If approved, a reverse pickup will be initiated from your doorstep
•The returned product will be re-examined upon receipt
•If found appropriate, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours

Please note: Products damaged due to mishandling (stains on packaging, damaged labels, broken caps or seals, etc.) will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

•The returned product is damaged or tampered with by the customer
•An incorrect shipping address was provided while placing the order
•The product has been partially or fully consumed
•The returns policy has not been complied with
•Return claims are made after 7 days from delivery

Refunds May Be Issued Under the Following Circumstances:

•The ordered product is out of stock
•The shipping address is not serviceable
•The return complies with the stated returns policy
•The returned product is in good condition and untampered
•Duplicate payment was made for a single order from the same email address

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your order by emailing ………… before the order is dispatched. Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

For cancelled orders, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

Are there any processing fees for returns or replacements?

There are no processing fees for returns or replacements. However, if you request a replacement with a higher-priced product, the price difference must be paid by you.

What are the modes of refund?

•Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 48 hours after verification.
•Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided during the return request, within 48 hours after verification.

How long does it take to deliver a replacement product?
Once the replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.
